We thoroughly inspect and maintain your system in spring and fall to keep everything running at peak performance:

  • Clean outdoor coil

  • Check all electrical connections and components

  • Verify refrigerant pressures

  • Check temperature drop across indoor coil

  • Inspect indoor coil

  • Change filter (standard size; specialty filters extra)

  • Inspect blower motor

🔥 Fall Visit (Heating Season)

Furnace Maintenance:

  • Clean burner assembly

  • Inspect ignition source and flame sensor

  • Examine heat exchanger for failure

  • Check electrical connections and safety systems

  • Inspect blower motor

  • Verify complete operation

Heat Pump Maintenance:

  • Inspect indoor and outdoor coils

  • Test electrical connections

  • Inspect electric/auxiliary heat
