Meet the Team
Jason Ritchie, Co-Owner
Jason has been in the HVAC/R industry since 2005 and brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience to every job. He got his start working in light commercial and heavy refrigeration, quickly becoming the go-to guy for complex installs and duct redesigns on tricky, underperforming systems. His focus has always been on doing the job right—and doing it with precision.
Jason holds:
Master HVAC License
Specialized experience in heavy commercial refrigeration
Expertise in duct design and system modification
EPA Certification
Outside of work, Jason is all about classic cars, hot rods, mountain and dirt bike riding, and hunting down the best local diners and swap meets
Thomas Ritchie, Co-Owner
Thomas is a proud father of three, husband to Zonteria, and a technician who truly cares about people. After leaving his job at the post office (thanks to some encouragement from Jason), he worked his way from the shop floor to service manager before co-founding Ritchie Mechanical. His goal? To give local families access to honest, high-quality HVAC work they can count on.
Thomas holds:
Journeyman HVAC License
A2L Certification (for modern refrigerants)
EPA Certification
Advanced manufacturer training on boilers (Lochinvar) and chillers (Daikin and Carrier).
